This helps set the foundation for our work together. After the intake, we’ll discuss your eating habits and emotions in more detail. I will work with you to create personalized strategies to manage emotional eating. Sessions are a safe space to explore your feelings and behaviors without judgment.

  • The length of time you’ll need to be in therapy depends on your personal goals and needs. Some people see progress in a few months, while others might benefit from longer-term support.
